About Valnara

Located between the Matayeguas and Ungría rivers, Valnara is a family-run agricultural estate in Spain, focused on the cultivation of black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) and saffron (Crocus sativus).
We manage irrigated plantations with direct control over soil, water and harvest timing, applying a precise data-driven approach focused on consistency, traceability and long-term sustainability.

Our approach

Our truffle production is progressively entering maturity, which allows us to work with a high level of control and selection.
Truffles are harvested strictly on demand, at optimal maturity and handled without long-term storage. This ensures maximum freshness, aromatic integrity and full traceability from the estate to the client.
